My background is a combination of finance, technology, and technical support. I graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Finance, and spent years working in high-stakes financial services at Navy Federal Credit Union, where transaction accuracy and accountability were not optional. From there I moved into IT, working in technical support and infrastructure at Shenandoah University, where I managed systems that had to actually work under pressure.
I hold CompTIA Security+ and CySA+ certifications alongside my Google Ads certification. I came to digital marketing from a technical background, not a sales one. That means I care about whether the numbers are real, whether the tracking is set up correctly, and whether the results actually mean something.
